Eligibility Details
1. Young Professional – Graduate
Qualification:
Candidates must have a B.E. / B.Tech degree in disciplines such as Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering from a recognized university or institute.
For some domains, MCA or M.Sc. (IT / Computer Science / Electronics) and MBA (Project Management / Marketing) are also acceptable as per role requirements.
2. Young Professional – Technician
Qualification:
Applicants should possess a Diploma in Engineering in relevant trades like Electronics, Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, Information Technology or Civil Engineering from a recognized institute.
3. Young Professional – Operator
Qualification:
Candidates must have an ITI Trade Certificate in relevant trades such as Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Fitter or related disciplines from a recognized ITI institute.
4. Young Professional – Generalist (HR / Marketing / Finance)
Qualification:
Applicants should hold any Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
For Marketing posts, MBA in Marketing or BBA/BBM/BMS is preferred.
Basic computer knowledge is mandatory for all Generalist roles.
5. Young Professional – Official Language (Hindi)
Qualification:
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree with Hindi or English as a subject, or Hindi as the medium of instruction at the degree level, as per Official Language norms.
