Scientific Assistant/B (Civil)
- Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks
- Diploma must be:
- 3 years duration after SSC/HSC, OR
- 2 years duration through lateral entry after HSC, approved by AICTE
- English must have been studied at SSC or HSC level
- Diploma obtained through 10th + ITI lateral entry is not eligible
Stipendiary Trainee / Scientific Assistant (Category-I) – Engineering Diploma

- Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Automobile Engineering with 60% marks
Instrumentation
- Diploma in Instrumentation or Instrumentation & Control with 60% marks

Stipendiary Trainee / Technician (Category-II) – Maintainer
(Fitter, Turner, Machinist, Instrument Mechanic, Electronic Mechanic, Mason)
- 10th (SSC) with at least 50% marks in Science and Mathematics
- 2-year ITI certificate in relevant trade
- For ITI courses shorter than 2 years:
- Minimum 1 year relevant work experience after ITI
- English as a subject at SSC level
- One-year apprenticeship after one-year ITI will be treated as experience
- Internship period will not be counted as experience
Stipendiary Trainee / Technician (Category-II) – Plant Operator
- 12th (HSC/ISC) in Science stream with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics
- Minimum 50% aggregate marks
- English studied at SSC level
- Relaxation for PAP candidates: 40% marks in Science stream
X-Ray Technician (Technician-C)
- 12th (HSC) with minimum 60% marks in Science
- 1-year Certificate in Medical Radiography / X-Ray Technology
- At least 2 years of relevant full-time work experience after qualification
Assistant Grade-1 (HR / F&A / C&MM)
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University
- PAP candidates: Graduation pass is sufficient (no minimum percentage)
