Eligibility Details

Agniveervayu personnel will receive a monthly pay package that increases each year during the four-year engagement period:

Seva Nidhi Package:
At the end of 4-year engagement, Agniveervayu will receive a one-time lump sum “Seva Nidhi” package (corpus fund + government share), approximately ₹10.04 lakh (excluding interest).

- Date of Birth: Candidates should be born between 02 July 2005 and 02 January 2009 (both dates inclusive).
- Upper Age Limit: The candidate must not exceed 21 years of age at the time of enrolment, if selected.

Selection Process
- Application Scrutiny: Offline applications are examined to confirm eligibility as per IAF norms
- Written Examination: Total 20 questions (10 General English + 10 General Knowledge), duration 30 minutes, no negative marking, minimum qualifying marks: 10
- Physical Fitness Test (PFT): Candidates must complete prescribed physical activities such as running, push-ups, sit-ups, and related tests
- Medical Examination: Comprehensive medical check-up conducted according to Indian Air Force standards

- Qualifying Nature: All physical tests are mandatory and qualifying in nature
