Selection Process
The selection process for the SCOA Data Entry Operator (DEO) Training Program is designed to assess candidates’ aptitude and readiness for both training and on-job learning. It follows a clear step-by-step procedure:
1. Online Exam (MCQ)
- Candidates must first log in to the SCOA portal and take an online multiple-choice question (MCQ) exam.
- To qualify, a minimum score of 60% is required. Only candidates who pass this exam move to the next stage.
2. Online Training (5 Days)
- Qualified candidates undergo 5 days of intensive online training, covering basic computer skills, data entry techniques, and supply chain concepts.
3. On-Job Training (45 Days)
- After completing online training, candidates participate in 45 days of paid On-Job Training (OJT) at an assigned warehouse location.
- During OJT, candidates apply their skills in real-world scenarios, gaining hands-on experience in warehouse operations and data management.
4. Certification
- Upon successful completion of both online training and OJT, candidates receive the Flipkart SCOA DEO Program Certificate, which enhances employability in data entry and supply chain roles.

How to Apply
1. Visit the Official Registration Portal
- Go to the SCOA registration page on the Flipkart website.
2. Create an Account / Log In
- New candidates should register by providing their name, mobile number, email, and password.
- Existing users can log in directly using their registered mobile number.
3. Complete the Application Form
- Fill in your personal details (name, date of birth, gender).
- Enter your address information including state, district, and city/village.
- Provide your educational qualifications and institute details.
- Share your employment status, prior experience, and computer skills.
- Select your preferred On-Job Training (OJT) location.
4. Verify Mobile Number
- An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter it to verify your account.
5. Submit the Form
- Carefully review all entered details, accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, then submit the form.
6. Take the Online Exam
- After submission, log in to the portal and appear for the online MCQ exam. Remember, a minimum score of 60% is required to qualify for the training program.
Once qualified, you will proceed to 5 days of online training, followed by 45 days of On-Job Training (OJT), and finally receive your Flipkart SCOA DEO Program Certificate.
