Eligibility Details
- Must have passed Matriculation (10th class) from a recognized board
- Minimum 50% marks in aggregate required
- Must have proficiency and aptitude in music
- Ability to sing one complete song accurately (tempo, pitch, rhythm)
- Should be able to play at least one musical instrument (Indian or foreign)
- Knowledge of basic music theory, tuning, and note matching
Salary Details
- Monthly package starts at ₹30,000 per month (1st year)
- Salary increases up to ₹40,000 per month in the 4th year
- In-hand salary: around 70% of monthly pay (₹21,000–₹28,000 approx.)
- 30% deduction goes to Seva Nidhi Corpus Fund
- Government adds equal contribution to Seva Nidhi fund
- After 4 years, total Seva Nidhi payout is approx. ₹10.04 lakh
- No pension or gratuity is provided
- Additional benefits include insurance cover of ₹48 lakh and other allowances (risk, dress, travel)

- Minimum age: 17.5 years (approx.)
