1. Diploma Trainee (Electrical) – DTE
Full-time 3-year Diploma in Electrical / Electrical (Power) / Electrical & Electronics / Power Systems / Power Engineering with minimum 70% marks (relaxation for reserved categories).
2. Diploma Trainee (Civil) – DTC
Full-time 3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 70% marks (relaxation applicable).
3. Diploma Trainee (Survey) – DTS
Full-time 3-year Diploma in Survey Engineering
OR Diploma in Civil Engineering with Survey as a subject, with minimum 70% marks.
4. Junior Officer Trainee (HR) – JOT (HR)
Full-time Graduate Degree (BBA / BBM / BBS or equivalent) with minimum 60% marks.
5. Junior Officer Trainee (F&A) – JOT (F&A)
Inter CA / Inter CMA qualification.
6. Junior Technician Trainee (Survey) – JTT (Survey)
Full-time 2-year ITI (Surveyor trade) from a recognized institute.

Salary Details
- Training (1 Year):
- DTE / DTC / DTS / JOT: ₹24,000 basic + DA + HRA + 12% perks
- JTT (Survey): ₹21,000 basic + DA + HRA + 12% perks
- After Training:
- DTE / DTC / DTS / JOT: ₹25,000–₹1,17,500 (Approx CTC ₹12.7 LPA)
- JTT (Survey): ₹21,500–₹74,000 (Approx CTC ₹10.9 LPA)

Selection Process
- Written Test / CBT (Computer Based Test):
- Main selection stage for all posts
- Total 170 questions (2 hours duration)
- Part I (120 questions): Technical/Professional knowledge related to the post
- Part II (50 questions): Aptitude (English, reasoning, quantitative ability, general awareness, data interpretation)
- Each question carries 1 mark with ¼ negative marking for wrong answers
- Computer Skill Test (CST) – for JOT (HR & F&A):
- Qualifying test only
- Minimum 50% (UR/EWS) and 40% (reserved categories required for qualification)
- Trade Test – for JTT (Survey):
- Practical skill-based test
- Qualifying nature with minimum 40% (UR/EWS) and 30% (reserved categories)
- Final Selection:
- DTE, DTC, DTS: Based on CBT marks only
- JOT & JTT: CBT marks + qualifying CST/Trade Test
- Merit list prepared region-wise based on performance
- Final Stage: Medical fitness examination before appointment
