Eligibility Details

  • Candidates must hold a graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institution.
  • The result must be declared on or before 01 April 2026.
  • The date of passing graduation should not be earlier than 01 April 2022 (i.e., within the last 4 years).
  • Candidates must provide valid mark sheets or a provisional/degree certificate when required.
  • The university/college must be recognized by Govt. bodies such as UGC/AICTE.

Salary Details

  • ₹15,000 per month – for Rural / Semi-Urban branches
  • ₹18,000 per month – for Urban branches
  • ₹20,000 per month – for Metro branches
  • The stipend remains fixed for 1 year (training period)
  • Candidates will not receive any additional allowances such as DA, HRA, PF, or bonus
  • Payment will be made monthly after adjusting any unauthorized leave

  • Minimum Age: 20 years
  • Maximum Age: 28 years

Selection Process

  • Online Test (Objective Type):
    Candidates must first appear for an online exam consisting of 100 questions (100 marks). The test includes sections like General/Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative & Reasoning Aptitude, Computer/Subject Knowledge, and Union Bank products & services. The total duration is 60 minutes, and no negative marking applies.
  • Local Language Proficiency Test:
    After clearing the online exam, candidates must prove proficiency in the local language of the selected state. If they cannot provide proof (like 10th/12th certificate), they will have to take a language test.
  • Document Verification:
    The bank will verify all required documents such as age, qualification, category certificate, etc.
  • Medical Fitness:
    Finally, selected candidates must submit a medical fitness certificate from a registered medical practitioner before joining.

How to Apply

  • Candidates must apply online only through the official link provided by Union Bank of India or BFSI SSC.
  • First, candidates need to complete registration on the BFSI SSC portal by filling personal and educational details.
  • Then, upload required documents such as Aadhaar card (front & back), photograph, signature, mark sheet/degree certificate, PAN card, caste/PwBD certificate (if applicable), and APAAR ID.
  • Candidates must also register on the NATS portal and NAPS portal and enter their Enrolment ID / Apprentice Code while filling the form.
  • After completing the form, candidates must pay the examination fee online only through debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI.
  • Finally, submit the application and take a printout for future reference.
