Selection Process
- MCQ Written Examination
Candidates will first appear for an objective-type written test. This exam may include questions from general knowledge, reasoning, aptitude, and basic subject-related topics. It helps in the initial shortlisting of candidates based on merit. - Skill Test (Typing / Driving as per post)
This stage evaluates practical skills. For the Stenographer post, candidates must clear Hindi and English typing speed tests. For the Driver post, a driving skill test for heavy vehicles is conducted. For technical posts, computer-related practical knowledge may also be assessed. - Interview
Shortlisted candidates are called for an interview, where their communication skills, subject knowledge, work experience, and overall suitability for the post are evaluated. - Document Verification (DV)
In this stage, all original documents such as educational certificates, identity proof, category certificates (if applicable), and experience certificates are thoroughly verified. - Final Merit List
The final selection is made based on the combined performance in all stages. A merit list is prepared, and candidates are appointed accordingly.
