- Candidates must possess at least 06 months of PBX/EPABX handling experience.
- Fluency in spoken English and Hindi will be considered desirable.
Salary Details
- Selected candidates will receive salary under Pay Level-3 of the 7th Pay Commission.
- The starting basic pay will be Rs. 21,700 per month.
- The pay scale ranges from Rs. 21,700 to Rs. 69,100.
- In addition, candidates will receive allowances such as Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and Transport Allowance (TA) as per government rules.
- Moreover, employees will get benefits of a central government job, including pension-related facilities under the National Pension System (NPS).
Age limit
- Candidates must be between 18 to 25 years of age.
- The age will be calculated as on the last date of application submission, which is 31 May 2026.

Selection Process
The selection process for the Indian Army CSBO Grade-II Recruitment 2026 will be conducted in multiple stages:
- First, candidates will appear for a Written Examination carrying 100 marks.
- Next, shortlisted candidates will undergo a Practical Test, which will assess their ability to handle PBX/EPABX operations.
- After that, candidates will face an Interview to evaluate communication skills and overall suitability.
