Eligibility Details
Faculty
- Candidates must hold a Graduate degree in any stream such as Arts, Science, or Commerce.
- Moreover, preference will go to candidates with qualifications like MSW, MA in Rural Development, MA in Sociology, MA in Psychology, B.Sc. in Agriculture, Horticulture, Veterinary Science, or Agri Marketing.
- Candidates with B.A. along with B.Ed. can also apply.
- Additionally, applicants should possess good communication and computer skills.
Office Assistant
- Candidates must complete Graduation in BSW, BA, or B.Com.
- Furthermore, applicants should have computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of basic accounts and bookkeeping will act as an added advantage.
- Candidates should also know MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
Attendant
- Candidates must pass Matriculation (10th class).
- Additionally, applicants should know how to read and write the local language properly.
Watchman/Gardener
- Candidates should pass at least 7th standard.
- Moreover, candidates with experience in gardening, agriculture, or horticulture will receive preference.
Salary Details
- Faculty: ₹30,000 per month
- Office Assistant: ₹20,000 per month
- Attendant: ₹14,000 per month
- Watchman/Gardener: ₹12,000 per month
Moreover, selected candidates will not receive any additional allowance, bonus, or extra benefits apart from the fixed monthly salary.
Age limit
- Minimum Age – 22 Years
- Maximum Age – 40 Years
- The age limit will be calculated as on 25.05.2026.

Selection Process
