Eligibility Details
Candidates must satisfy the following educational eligibility requirements before applying for the post:
- Applicants must have passed 12th (Senior Secondary) from a recognized Board, University, or Institution.
- General category candidates must secure at least 60% marks in the 12th examination.
- SC/ST category candidates must secure at least 55% marks in the 12th examination.

Salary Details
AAICLAS will provide the following salary and benefits to selected candidates:
- AAICLAS will pay ₹21,500 per month during the first year.
- AAICLAS will pay ₹22,000 per month during the second year.
- AAICLAS will pay ₹22,500 per month during the third year.
- AAICLAS will provide TA/DA, lodging, and boarding expenses during official tours as per company rules.
- AAICLAS will reimburse up to ₹10,000 per year for medical insurance purchased for self and dependent family members, subject to valid proof.
- AAICLAS will grant gratuity benefits according to the provisions of the Gratuity Act.
- AAICLAS will also offer various leave benefits, including Privilege Leave, Half Pay Leave, Casual Leave, and Restricted Holidays.

AAICLAS will calculate the candidate’s age as on 01 June 2026.
