Eligibility Details
Both Record Keeper and Store Keeper posts require the same educational qualification and skill criteria.
- Candidates must have passed Intermediate (Class 12) from a recognized board.
- Applicants must possess a valid CCC (Course on Computer Concepts) certificate issued by a government-recognized institution.
- Candidates must have a minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute in Hindi and 30 words per minute in English.
- However, candidates who studied Computer Science as a subject in High School or Intermediate are also eligible.
- Additionally, applicants holding a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science from a recognized institution can also apply.
Salary Details
Both Record Keeper and Store Keeper posts fall under Pay Matrix Level-2.
- Pay Level: Level-2
- Pay Scale: ₹19,900 – ₹63,200 per month
- Candidates will also receive applicable allowances and benefits as per institute and government rules.
Age limit
The age of candidates will be calculated as on 01 July 2026.
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 40 years
- Age Relaxation: As per Government of Uttar Pradesh rules for reserved categories and other eligible candidates.
Age Relaxation
Age relaxation benefits will be applicable only to candidates who are domiciled in Uttar Pradesh, while applicants from other states will be considered under the Unreserved (UR) category.
