Candidates must fulfil the post-wise educational requirements given below:
- Office Assistants: Applicants should hold a Graduate Degree and possess knowledge of Computer Applications along with proficiency in the English Language. They should also have one year of relevant experience or an LL.B. Degree.
- Network Assistant: Candidates should have a Diploma in Networking or a Two-Year ITI Certificate in Network Technician or Computer Maintenance. In addition, they should have one year of experience in the relevant field.
- Multitasking Staff: Applicants should have passed Higher Secondary (10+2) from a recognized board or possess an equivalent qualification. No additional technical qualification or experience requirement is specified for this post.
Salary Details
NLIU Bhopal will offer the selected candidates a monthly remuneration according to their respective posts. The salary details are as follows:
- Office Assistants: Rs. 15,000 per month (Negotiable)
- Network Assistant: Rs. 15,000 per month (Negotiable)
- Multitasking Staff: Rs. 12,000 per month (Fixed)
The university will provide the remuneration on a contractual basis, and the final amount for the negotiable posts may depend on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role.
Age limit
The university has prescribed different maximum age limits for each post. Candidates should meet the applicable age requirement for the post they wish to apply for.
- Office Assistant: Maximum 35 years
- Network Assistant: Maximum 30 years
- Multitasking Staff (MTS): Maximum 35 years
The age will be calculated as on 24 September 2026, the date of the walk-in interview.

Selection Process
