NLC Apprentice Age limit 2025
As on 23/10/2025
Minimum Age: 18 Years
Maximum Age: 35 Years
Candidates are not eligible to apply for the apprenticeship in any of the following cases –
- Awaiting the results of their final examination.
- Not completed the 18 years of age.
- Undergone or undergoing apprenticeship training in any organization for any duration.
- Job experience of more than 1 year
- Read NLC apprentice notification for more details.

How to Apply for NLC Apprentice Recruitment
Step 1: Read the Official Notification
Start by reading the NLC Apprentice Notification 2025 to understand the eligibility criteria and other important details.
Step 2: Register as a candidate/student on NAPS/NATS portal
NAPS at https://apprenticeshipindia.gov.in for ITI candidates
NATS at https://nats.education.gov.in/ for Degree/ Diploma in Engineering. And complete/update their profile by uploading all the required documents.
Step 3: Apply Online for Apprenticeship in NLC
Fill out the complete application form with accurate details.
Step 4: Print the Confirmation Page
Once the form is submitted successfully, take a printout of the final submitted application form.
Step 5: Send Application Form with Self Attested Documents
After printing the application form, attach self-attested photocopies of all necessary documents (such as educational certificates, ID proof, caste certificate if applicable, etc.) and send it to the given address by post or courier.
