Stenographer Grade III:
- Educational Qualification:
- Candidate must be a graduate from a recognized university.
- Hindi as a subject in Class 10th (Matric) is mandatory.
- Skill Requirement:
- Must have English shorthand speed of 80 words per minute.
- Computer Knowledge:
- Basic computer proficiency is compulsory.

Selection Process
Clerk:
- Selection will be based on a Written Exam (MCQ).
- The exam consists of 100 questions: 50 in General Knowledge and 50 in English, total 100 marks.
- Duration: 2 hours
- No negative marking.
- Shortlisted candidates will appear for a Typing Test with a minimum speed of 30 words per minute.
Stenographer Grade III:
- Selection is primarily based on English Shorthand Test with a speed of 80 words per minute.
- Shortlisted candidates will undergo a Computer Test, including:
- Typing Test with a speed of 20 words per minute
- Computer Proficiency Test
- Final selection will be based on combined performance in shorthand and computer tests.
