Eligibility Details

  1. Section Officer – The candidate must possess a Degree in Law (3 or 5 years) from a recognized university, and preference will be given to candidates having computer knowledge.
  2. Senior System Officer – The candidate must possess a B.Tech degree (CSE/ECE/EEE/IT) or M.Sc. in Computer Science from a recognized university along with 5 years of experience in Networking and Server Administration.
  3. Computer Operator – The candidate must possess a Degree in Computer Science from a recognized university and must have passed English Typewriting Higher Grade (45 w.p.m.).
  4. Assistant Librarian – The candidate must possess a Degree in Law along with a B.Lib.Sc. degree and a certificate in computer skills for library maintenance.
  5. Librarian Grade-II – The candidate must possess a Degree in Arts, Science, Commerce or Law from a recognized university along with a B.Lib.Sc. degree.
  6. U.D. Stenographer – The candidate must possess a Degree in any stream from a recognized university and must have passed Shorthand (120 w.p.m.) and Typewriting (45 w.p.m.).
  7. Assistant – The candidate must possess a Degree in any stream from a recognized university.
  8. Examiner – The candidate must possess a Degree in any stream from a recognized university.
  9. Typist – The candidate must possess a Degree in any stream from a recognized university and must have passed Typewriting (45 w.p.m.).
  10. Copyist – The candidate must possess a Degree in any stream from a recognized university and must have passed Typewriting (45 w.p.m.).
  11. Data Entry Operator – The candidate must possess a Degree with Computer Science as one of the subjects and must have passed Typewriting (45 w.p.m.).
  12. Stenographer – The candidate must possess a Degree in any stream from a recognized university and must have passed Shorthand (80 w.p.m.) and Typewriting (45 w.p.m.).
  13. Office Subordinate – The candidate must have passed 7th class or equivalent, and candidates with qualifications above Intermediate (12th pass) are not eligible.

        5. Librarian Grade-II: Level 9, Pay Scale ₹35,570 – ₹1,09,910
        6. U.D. Stenographer: Level 9, Pay Scale ₹34,580 – ₹1,27,480
        7. Assistant: Level 7, Pay Scale ₹25,220 – ₹80,910
        8. Examiner: Level 7, Pay Scale ₹25,220 – ₹80,910
        9. Typist: Level 7, Pay Scale ₹25,220 – ₹80,910
        10. Copyist: Level 7, Pay Scale ₹25,220 – ₹80,910

        Selection Process

        • Computer Based Examination (CBE): All posts (except some skill-based posts) will have an online test.
        • Marks Distribution (Section Officer): General Knowledge – 20, Mental Ability – 10, Law (Civil & Criminal) – 50 (Total 80 Marks)
        • Marks Distribution (Other Posts): General Knowledge – 40, Mental Ability – 40 (Total 80 Marks)
        • Office Subordinate: General Knowledge – 50, Mental Ability – 30 (Total 80 Marks)
        • Skill Test: Required for Senior System Officer, Computer Operator, UD Stenographer, Stenographer, Typist, Copyist, Data Entry Operator
        • Merit List: Based on CBE for posts without skill test; based on skill test for posts with skill test
        • Tie-breakers: Elder candidate considered first; if age same, higher qualification; if qualification same, higher marks in educational qualification
        • Normalization: Scores may be normalized for multi-shift examinations to account for difficulty variation
