- Graduate Apprentice: Graduation in any discipline with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD)
- Data Entry Operator (Fresher): Class 12th pass with required marks
- Data Entry Operator (Skill Certificate Holder): Class 12th plus a valid skill certificate
