NFC Apprentice Selection Process
Step 1: Scrutiny of Applications
- The NFC Selection Committee will carefully examine all online applications received.
- Each application will be verified to ensure eligibility, correctness of details, and validity of documents submitted by candidates.
Step 2: Merit-Based Shortlisting (For All Trades Except Electrician)
- For all trades other than Electrician, selection will be made purely on merit.
- The percentage of marks obtained in the ITI qualifying examination will be considered for merit ranking.
- In case of a tie in marks, the percentage of marks in the 10th / SSC examination will be used as the tie-breaker.
Step 3: Interview (For Electrician Trade Only)
- Applicants for the Electrician Trade will be shortlisted for a personal interview.
- The final selection for this trade will be based on the performance in the interview along with the candidate’s academic record.
Step 4: Document Verification
- Candidates provisionally shortlisted must appear for document verification with all original certificates — including proof of age, educational qualifications, caste/category certificates (if applicable), and ITI mark sheets.
- Only those who successfully verify their documents will be considered for final selection.
How to Apply for NFC Apprentice Recruitment
Candidates who wish to apply for the Nuclear Fuel Complex (NFC) ITI Apprentice 2025 must submit their applications online through the NAPS portal. Follow the steps below carefully to complete your registration:
Step 1: Visit the Official NAPS Portal
- Go to the official National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) website: www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in.
- Click on “Candidate Registration” and create your account using a valid email ID and mobile number.
Step 2: Complete Profile & Upload Documents
- After successful registration, log in to your account.
- Fill in all personal, educational, and ITI trade details correctly.
- Upload all required certificates and documents such as ITI mark sheets, photo, and signature in the prescribed format.
Step 3: Search for NFC Establishment
- In the “Opportunities” or “Establishment Search” section, type the following establishment code:

Step 4: Selection Intimation
- Candidates will be shortlisted purely on a merit basis (based on ITI marks).
