1. Editorial Assistant / ANE (Konkani)
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
- Degree or diploma in Journalism from a recognized institution
- Minimum 3 years of experience in news broadcasting or a news organization
2. News Reader (Konkani)
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
- Proficiency in Konkani language
- Good voice quality suitable for broadcasting
- Strong pronunciation, accent, and presentation skills
- Awareness of current national and international affairs
3. CG Operator (Devanagari Konkani Typing)
- 10+2 (Intermediate) from a recognized board
- Certificate in computer application
4. Website Assistant
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
- Diploma in Journalism or Mass Communication
Salary Details
The salary for these posts is not fixed monthly, as the engagement is on a casual assignment basis. Candidates are paid per day / per shift depending on the role and experience.
- Editorial Assistant: Around ₹2400 per day per shift
- News Reader: Approximately ₹1650 to ₹2400 per day (based on experience and number of bulletins)
- CG Operator: Around ₹1125 per day per shift
- Website Assistant: Salary not fixed, but generally paid as per casual assignment norms (similar range depending on role and shift)
