PSSSB Clerk Eligibility Details
Qualification for Clerk:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or institution
- Valid computer/IT certification or equivalent computer knowledge
- Passed Punjabi subject at Matric (10th) level
- Must qualify Punjabi and English typing test as per PSSSB norms
Qualification for Clerk (IT):
- Full-time BCA / B.Sc IT / B.Sc Computer Science from a recognized university
- Strong knowledge of computer applications
- Passed Punjabi subject at Matric (10th) level
- Must qualify Punjabi and English typing test as prescribed by PSSSB

PSSSB Clerk Selection Process 2025
- The PSSSB Clerk & Clerk (IT) exam is held in two parts: Part A and Part B
- Part A (Punjabi – 10th level) is qualifying in nature with 50% minimum marks
- Part B is the main exam with 120 MCQs for 120 marks
- Exam duration is 2 hours
- No negative marking
- A typing test in English and Punjabi (30 WPM) is mandatory after the written exam
- Typing test is qualifying only
