Eligibility Details
- Candidates must have passed 10+2 (Intermediate) or an equivalent examination from a recognized board.
- Punjabi should be a compulsory or elective subject in the qualification.
- Candidates must have knowledge of Punjabi language as per required standards.
- Both posts require the same educational qualification, but Warder is for males and Matron is for females only.
Salary Details
- Selected candidates will get a pay scale of ₹19,900 to ₹63,200 per month.
- The salary is based on Level-2 pay matrix.
- Additional allowances and benefits will be provided as per government rules.

- Maximum Age: 27 Years
- Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government rules.

Selection Process
1. Written Examination (Objective Type MCQ)
- Part-A: Punjabi Language (Qualifying)
- This section is qualifying in nature, meaning candidates must secure at least 50% marks to move to the next stage.
- Focuses on reading, writing, and comprehension skills in Punjabi.
- Part-B: Main Paper (Merit-Based)
- The final merit list is prepared based only on Part-B marks.
- Negative marking is applied: ¼ mark deducted for each wrong answer.
- The questions are objective type, covering topics related to the post and general knowledge.
- Merit Tie-Breaking Rules
In case two or more candidates have the same marks in Part-B:- Older candidate is preferred.
- Candidate with higher percentage in educational qualification is preferred.
- If still tied, Matriculation marks are considered.
2. Physical Measurement Test (PMT) & Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
Candidates who qualify the written exam are called for PMT and PET in order of merit and category-wise vacancies.
- Warder (Male): Height, chest, and vision standards must be met.
- Matron (Female): Height, weight, and vision standards must be met.

- Candidates must provide valid domicile, educational, and category certificates.
- Final selection is subject to merit, document verification, and medical fitness.
