Eligibility Details
- Passed Senior Secondary (12th Class) or equivalent from a recognized board
- Must have any one computer qualification, such as:
- O Level or higher certificate
- CCC / RSCIT certificate
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / Computer Applications
- COPA / DPCS certificate
- Hindi language knowledge in Devanagari script is mandatory
- Basic knowledge of Rajasthan culture is required
- Candidates appearing in the final year of the qualifying exam are also eligible, subject to document verification later
Salary Details
- Pay as per 7th Pay Commission – Pay Matrix Level-5
- During probation period (usually 2 years), a fixed monthly remuneration will be given
- Allowances like DA, HRA, etc. may not be paid during probation
- After successful completion of probation and training, full pay scale and allowances will be applicable as per government rules
- Benefits such as pension, leave, and service rules apply according to Rajasthan government norms

Selection Process
- Phase I: Written Examination
- Two objective-type papers conducted in offline (OMR-based) mode
- Paper 1: General Knowledge, General Science, and Mathematics
- Paper 2: General Hindi and General English
- Each paper carries 100 marks with a duration of 3 hours
- Negative marking applicable (1/3 mark deducted for each wrong answer)
- Phase II: Computer Typing Test
- Conducted for candidates who qualify Phase I
- Hindi and English typing tests to assess speed and efficiency
- Only candidates meeting the minimum qualifying standards are considered
- Final Merit List
- Prepared based on combined performance in the written exam and typing test
- Candidates are shortlisted strictly according to merit and available vacancies
