Eligibility Details

1. Lower Division Clerk (LDC)

  • Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized board.
  • Typing speed of 40 WPM in English (MS Word / online typing tool).
  • Knowledge of shorthand and ability to correspond in Hindi and English.

2. PGT (Biology)

  • Integrated Post Graduate Course from an NCTE-recognized university with at least 50% marks
    OR
  • Master’s Degree with at least 50% marks in the concerned subject (Biology), with the subject studied at Graduation level.
  • B.Ed from an NCTE-recognized institution
    (or Integrated B.Ed–M.Ed / Four-year Integrated Degree including B.Ed component).
  • Proficiency in teaching in Hindi and English.

3. PGT (Mathematics)

  • Integrated Post Graduate Course from an NCTE-recognized university with at least 50% marks
    OR
  • Master’s Degree with at least 50% marks in Mathematics, with the subject studied at Graduation level.
  • B.Ed from an NCTE-recognized institution
    (or Integrated B.Ed–M.Ed / Four-year Integrated Degree including B.Ed component).
  • Proficiency in teaching in Hindi and English.

4. PGT (Computer Science)

  • M.Sc (Computer Science/IT) / MCA with at least 50% marks
    OR
  • M.E / M.Tech (Computer Science/IT) with at least 50% marks.
  • B.Ed from an NCTE-recognized institution
    (or Integrated B.Ed–M.Ed / Four-year Integrated Degree including B.Ed component).
  • Proficiency in teaching in Hindi and English.

5. Librarian

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Library Science or Library & Information Science with at least 50% marks.
  • Knowledge of Computer Applications.
  • Proficiency in Hindi and English.

6. TGT (Social Science)

  • Four-year Integrated Degree Course with at least 50% marks, including B.Ed component, as per CBSE/KVS/NVS rules
    OR
  • Bachelor’s/Honours Degree with at least 50% marks in the concerned subject + B.Ed.
  • CTET (Paper-II) qualified.
  • Proficiency in teaching in Hindi and English.

7. TGT (General Science)

  • Four-year Integrated Degree Course with at least 50% marks, including B.Ed component
    OR
  • Bachelor’s/Honours Degree with at least 50% marks in the concerned subject + B.Ed.
  • CTET (Paper-II) qualified.
  • Proficiency in teaching in Hindi and English.

8. Upper Division Clerk (UDC)

  • Graduation from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 2 years office experience in a Government or Commercial organization.
  • Typing speed of 40 WPM in English.
  • Ability to correspond in Hindi and English.

9. Driver

  • Passed SSLC or equivalent.
  • Valid Light and Heavy Vehicle Driving License.
  • Minimum 3 years driving experience of light and heavy passenger vehicles.
  • Medically fit as per Central Motor Vehicle Rules.

10. Ward Boy

  • Matriculation passed from a recognized board.
  • Ability to converse fluently in English.

Note: Nature of Posts

  • The post of Lower Division Clerk (LDC) is on Regular (Permanent) Basis.
  • All other posts, including PGT (Biology, Mathematics, Computer Science), TGT (Social Science & General Science), Librarian, Upper Division Clerk (UDC), Driver, and Ward Boy, are on Contractual Basis.

Salary Details

1. Lower Division Clerk (LDC) – Regular

  • Pay Level–02: ₹19,900 – ₹63,200
  • As per 7th Pay Commission
  • Plus DA and other allowances as per Sainik Schools Society Rules

2. PGT (Biology) – Contractual

  • ₹75,000 per month (Consolidated Pay)

3. PGT (Mathematics) – Contractual

  • ₹75,000 per month (Consolidated Pay)

4. PGT (Computer Science) – Contractual

  • ₹75,000 per month (Consolidated Pay)

5. Librarian – Contractual

  • ₹55,000 per month (Consolidated Pay)

6. TGT (Social Science) – Contractual

  • ₹70,500 per month (Consolidated Pay)

7. TGT (General Science) – Contractual

  • ₹70,500 per month (Consolidated Pay)

8. Upper Division Clerk (UDC) – Contractual

  • ₹40,000 per month (Consolidated Pay)

9. Driver – Contractual

  • ₹30,000 per month (Consolidated Pay)

10. Ward Boy – Contractual

  • ₹30,000 per month (Consolidated Pay)

Age limit as on 31/12/2025

  • 18 to 50 years: LDC, UDC, Driver, Ward Boy
  • 21 to 40 / 35 years: PGT, TGT & Librarian (as per post)

Age Relaxation:

  • SC/ST – 5 years
  • OBC – 3 years
