Eligibility Details
1. Senior Consultant (Finance/Accounts & General Administration)
- Graduation in any discipline.
- At least 5 years of service in Pay Level-10 or above (working/retired from Central/State Government/Universities).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance/Accounts/Administration divisions.
- Sound knowledge of General Financial Rules (GFR), Income Tax, GST, and service regulations.
- Desirable: MBA (Finance) or Master’s Degree in any discipline.
- Knowledge of procurement through GeM/CPP Portal and inventory management.
- Familiarity with Government of India disciplinary rules.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Tally, and internet usage.
- Experience in preparation of Annual Accounts.
- Ability to work independently in a multidisciplinary environment.
2. Data Entry Operator
- Graduation from a recognized university.
- Minimum two years of relevant work experience.
- English typing speed of 35 wpm or Hindi typing speed of 30 wpm.
- Preference for candidates with commerce background and knowledge of accounting software/Tally.
3. Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS)
- 10th pass from a recognized board.
Salary Details
- Senior Consultant (Finance/Accounts & General Administration) – ₹70,000 per month
- Data Entry Operator – ₹35,000 per month
- Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) – ₹25,000 per month
Note: The remuneration is fixed and will remain unchanged during the contract period. No annual increment or additional allowances will be provided.
