SECR Sports Quota Recruitment – Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Pay Level 5 / 4 (7th CPC)
Candidates must have Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or Institution. - Pay Level 3 / 2 (7th CPC)
Candidates should have passed 12th (10+2) or its equivalent examination from a recognized board. - Pay Level 1 (7th CPC)
Candidates must have passed 10th (Matriculation) from a recognized board
OR
Possess ITI / National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) approved by NCVT/SCVT.
Sports Eligibility (Minimum Sports Norms)
For Pay Level 5 / 4:
- Represented India at Olympic Games (Senior Category),
OR - Secured at least 3rd position in Category-B championships such as World Championships, Asian Games, Commonwealth Games, Asian Championships, etc.
For Pay Level 3 / 2:
- Represented India in Category-B championships,
OR - Secured minimum 3rd position in Category-C championships,
- OR medal position in Senior / Junior / Youth National Championships,
- OR medal position in National Games / All India Inter-University Championships,
- OR first position in Federation Cup (Senior Category).
For Pay Level 1:
- Represented the country in Category-C championships,
OR - Secured at least 3rd position in Federation Cup (Senior Category),
OR - Represented a State or equivalent unit with required position in Senior National Championships (as applicable to the discipline).
