Selection Process

- Word Processing / Transcription Test:
Candidates must take dictation in English shorthand at a speed of 80 words per minute (w.p.m.) for 5 minutes and transcribe it on a computer at a speed of 20 w.p.m. - Accuracy Requirement:
Candidates committing more than 4% mistakes in the transcription test will not be considered qualified. - Spread Sheets Test:
A qualifying test of 10 minutes duration carrying 10 marks. Candidates must secure at least 40% marks (minimum 4 marks) to qualify. - Merit Preparation:
Final merit list will be prepared category-wise based on performance in the Word Processing / Transcription Test. The Spread Sheets Test is qualifying in nature. - Document Verification:
Shortlisted candidates will be called for verification of original testimonials and supporting documents.
