- Personal Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university/institution with English/Hindi shorthand and computer transcription skills.
- Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS): Matriculation (10th pass) from a recognized board/institution.
- Data Entry Operator (DEO): 12th pass from a recognized board, a computer application certificate/course and a minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute in English.
