Eligibility Details
For Stenographer Grade III:
Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. Hindi must have been studied as a subject in the 10th standard. Candidates are required to have basic computer knowledge. They must qualify a shorthand test at a speed of 80 words per minute and be able to type at 20 words per minute.
For Clerk:
Candidates must possess a graduation degree from a recognized university and should have studied Hindi in matriculation. Basic computer proficiency is essential. Additionally, applicants must have an English typing speed of 30 words per minute.

Salary Details
Both the Stenographer Grade III and Clerk positions offer an identical pay scale. Candidates appointed to either post will be paid a fixed monthly remuneration of ₹25,500.

Selection Process
For the Stenographer Grade III post, candidates must qualify an English shorthand test at 80 words per minute followed by transcription at 20 words per minute on computer. They will also be required to clear a Computer Proficiency Test, which is qualifying in nature.
For the Clerk post, applicants must first appear in a written examination consisting of General Knowledge and English (objective and subjective). Candidates who qualify the written test will then be called for a Computer Proficiency Test, including a spreadsheet test and an English typing test at 30 words per minute. The computer test is qualifying in nature, and final merit will be prepared based on the written examination marks.
