Eligibility Details
- Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a university recognized by the Government of India or approved by bodies such as UGC / AICTE.
- Minimum 60% marks in Graduation are required for General, EWS, and OBC candidates.
- Minimum 55% marks in Graduation are required for SC, ST, and PwBD candidates.
- Candidates who have only a diploma course will not be considered eligible for this recruitment.
- The final graduation result must be declared on or before 1 March 2026.
- Candidates must have valid mark sheets and degree or provisional certificate issued by the university at the time of document verification.
- If the university awards CGPA/OGPA, it must be converted into percentage according to the university’s conversion rules.
- Candidates are expected to have basic computer literacy and knowledge of IT-related tasks.
Salary Details
- The annual salary (CTC) at the time of joining ranges between ₹6.14 lakh to ₹6.50 lakh per year in Class A cities.
- The monthly in-hand salary is approximately ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 depending on location and deductions.
- Officers are also eligible for annual increments based on performance and bank policies.
- Employees are covered under the IDBI Bank New Pension Scheme (IBLNPS) as per bank rules.
