Eligibility Details
- Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Arts or Science (B.A./B.Sc.) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
- The applicant must have passed the Matriculation examination with Hindi as one of the subjects.
- Candidates should have proficiency in computer operations.
Salary Details
- Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly salary of ₹25,500.
- The appointment will be purely on an adhoc basis for six months or until regular appointments are made, whichever is earlier.
Age limit
- The minimum age of the candidate should be 18 years.
- The maximum age should not exceed 40 years.
- Age will be calculated as on 01 January 2026.
- Age relaxation will be provided to candidates of SC and BC categories of Haryana and government employees as per Haryana Government rules.

Selection Process
- Candidates will have to qualify an English Shorthand Test.
- The shorthand speed will be 80 words per minute, with transcription at 20 words per minute on computer.
- Candidates must have basic computer proficiency.
- The stenography test will be held on 02 April 2026 at 10:00 AM at the District Courts Complex, Nuh.
- Candidates are required to bring their own shorthand notebook and pencil for the test.

- Interested candidates should submit their applications on plain paper, affixing a recent passport-size photograph at the top.
- The application must include personal details, educational qualifications, category (with certificate if applicable), experience (if any), permanent and postal addresses, and mobile number.
