Eligibility Details

1. Director of Physical Education

Candidates must have a Master’s degree in Physical Education/Sports Science with at least 55% marks. In addition, they should have represented their university/college in sports competitions at inter-university, state, or national level. Applicants must also qualify NET or hold a Ph.D. as per UGC norms. Alternatively, medal winners in Asian or Commonwealth Games with a postgraduate degree are also eligible.

2. Librarian

Applicants should possess a Master’s degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation Science with a minimum of 55% marks and a good academic record. Knowledge of library automation and digital systems is required. Candidates must have cleared NET/SLET/SET or hold a Ph.D. as per prescribed regulations. A diploma in library automation is desirable.

3. Senior Assistant

A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university is required along with three years of experience as an Assistant (Level 4 or equivalent) in government, PSU, university, or reputed private organizations. Candidates must also have proficiency in computer applications, drafting, and office work.

4. Semi-Professional Assistant

  • A Master’s degree in Library Science, OR
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Library Science with two years of relevant experience in a university, research institute, or government organization.

5. Laboratory Assistant

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject along with two years of experience in handling and maintaining scientific laboratory equipment. Experience should be from universities, research institutions, or reputed organizations.

6. Junior Assistant

A Bachelor’s degree is required. Candidates must have typing skills (35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi) along with basic computer proficiency.

7. Library Attendant

Candidates should have passed 10+2 (Senior Secondary) and must possess a certificate in Library Science from a recognized institution. Basic knowledge of computer applications is also expected.

8. Laboratory Attendant

  • 10+2 with Science stream, OR
  • 10th pass with Science plus an ITI or certificate in Laboratory Technology in a relevant field.
