Eligibility Details
1. Faculty
Candidates should be Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream (Arts/Science/Commerce). Preference will be given to candidates with qualifications like MSW, MA in Rural Development, Sociology, Psychology, B.Sc. (Agriculture/Horticulture), or B.Ed. Additionally, applicants should have good computer knowledge, teaching skills, and strong communication ability in the local language.
2. Office Assistant
Candidates must be a Graduate (B.A./B.Com./BSW, etc.) with computer knowledge. They should be proficient in MS Office, Tally, and internet usage. Knowledge of basic accounting and typing skills is desirable, along with fluency in the local language.
3. Attender
Applicants should have passed Matriculation (10th class). The ability to read and write the local language is preferred.
4. Watchman cum Gardener
Candidates must have passed at least 7th standard. Preference will be given to those having experience in gardening, agriculture, or horticulture work.
Salary Details
- Faculty: ₹30,000 per month
- Office Assistant: ₹20,000 per month
- Attender: ₹14,000 per month
- Watchman cum Gardener: ₹12,000 per month
Note: The contract amount is fixed for the year 2026–27. Annual increments and other allowances, if any, will be as per the terms specified in the appointment letter and directives by the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD).

- Minimum Age: 22 Years
- Maximum Age: 40 Years
- Age Relaxation as per government rules.

Selection Process
- Personal Interview:
Eligible candidates will be called for an interview to evaluate their communication skills, leadership qualities, attitude, problem-solving ability, and approach towards rural development. - Assessment Focus:
- For Faculty: Teaching ability, subject knowledge, and experience in rural development/training.
- For Office Assistants: Administrative and computer skills, accounting knowledge, and coordination ability.
- For Attenders and Watchman-cum-Gardener: Practical skills, reliability, and understanding of day-to-day tasks.
- Final Decision:
The Society/Trust’s decision will be final. Shortlisted candidates will be selected based on merit, suitability, and performance in the interview.
