Eligibility Details
1. Matriculation Level (10th Pass)
- Candidates must have passed Class 10 (Matriculation) from a recognized board.
- Suitable for entry-level posts such as basic clerical or support roles.
- No higher qualification is required, but candidates with higher education can also apply if they meet the age criteria.
2. Higher Secondary Level (10+2 Pass)
- Candidates must have completed 12th (Intermediate) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized board.
- These posts generally include roles requiring basic administrative or technical knowledge.
- Streams (Science/Commerce/Arts) may matter depending on the specific post.
3. Graduation & Above Level

Selection Process
- Candidates are first shortlisted based on Computer Based Examination (CBE)
- The exam is conducted separately for Matriculation, 10+2, and Graduation level posts
- The CBE is objective type (MCQs) with subjects like General Intelligence, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, and English Language
- After qualifying the CBE, candidates are called for Document Verification (DV) by the respective user departments
- For some posts, Skill Test / Physical Test (if required) is conducted, but it is only qualifying in nature
- Final selection is based on merit in CBT + successful document verification
