Eligibility Details
Young Professional (YP-I)
- Candidates must hold an M.Sc. degree in Postharvest Management or Horticulture (Pomology).
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Candidates with experience in laboratory work, food analysis, or research documentation will be given preference.
- Good writing and communication skills in English are desirable.
Lab Assistant
- Candidates should have passed at least 10th standard from a recognized board.
- Preference will be given to candidates having minimum 1 year of experience in lab or field work.
- Basic understanding of laboratory procedures and handling equipment is desirable.
Salary Details
Young Professional-I (YP-I)
- Monthly salary: ₹30,000/- (fixed)
- No additional allowances will be provided.
Lab Assistant
- Monthly salary: ₹16,000/- (fixed)
- This is a consolidated salary without any extra benefits.

Minimum Age: 18 Years
Maximum Age: 35 Yrs (Male) & 40 Yrs (Female)

Selection Process
- The selection of candidates will be based on a walk-in interview conducted by the ICAR-Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI).
- Applicants are required to appear in person at the specified venue along with all necessary documents.
- The interview panel will assess candidates based on their educational qualifications, relevant experience, and subject knowledge.
- Practical knowledge and suitability for the project work will also be considered during the selection.
- Final selection will be made purely on merit and performance in the interview.
