- Typing Skill: Candidates should have a minimum English typing speed of 35 words per minute (WPM) on a computer.
- Computer Knowledge: Applicants must be proficient in computer operations and should have working knowledge of Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, and other basic computer applications.
Salary Details
Candidates selected for the Lower Division Clerk (LDC) (Ad-hoc) post will receive an attractive monthly salary along with applicable allowances. The salary structure is as follows:
- Basic Pay: ₹19,900 per month
- Dearness Allowance (DA): Payable as per applicable rules.
- House Rent Allowance (HRA): Admissible as per rules, wherever applicable.
- TDS Deduction: Applicable according to Rule 17, if required.
Overall, the selected candidates will receive ₹19,900 per month plus DA and HRA (where applicable), making it a decent opportunity for eligible applicants.
Age limit
Candidates must meet the prescribed age criteria to become eligible for the Lower Division Clerk (LDC) post. The age will be calculated as on 01 April 2025.

Age Relaxation
The upper age limit is relaxable for reserved categories as per the notification:
- SC/ST Candidates: 5 Years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Candidates: 3 Years
- Women Candidates: 10 Years
- Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): Age relaxation will be provided according to Government of India rules.
Note: If a candidate qualifies for more than one age relaxation category, only one relaxation with the highest permissible limit will be applicable.

Selection Process

How to Apply
Candidates must follow the steps below to participate in the recruitment process:
- Visit the official website and download the prescribed application form.
- Fill out the application form carefully with the required personal, educational, and contact details.
- Attach a recent passport-size photograph along with self-attested photocopies of all required documents, including educational certificates, mark sheets, and other relevant certificates.
- Keep all original documents ready, as they must be produced during the Typing Test and Skill Test for verification.
- Carry the duly filled application form and all required documents to the walk-in venue on the scheduled date.
- Report to the venue between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM on 27 July 2026. Candidates reporting after the specified time will not be allowed to appear for the selection process.
