Eligibility Details

Candidates must meet the prescribed educational requirements for the respective post. The post-wise qualification details are as follows:

  • Assistant Manager: Candidates should hold an MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) from a recognized university or institution approved by AICTE.
  • Assistant Accounts Officer: Candidates should have a B.Com degree along with Chartered Accountancy. Alternatively, candidates with a B.Com degree and the required five years of experience as an Assistant Accounts Officer or in an equivalent post in Government, State Government, PSU, or Corporation may also qualify.
  • Accountant: Candidates should possess a B.Com degree along with CA Intermediate qualification from a recognized institution or university.
  • Quality Controller: Candidates should have a degree in B.Sc. Agriculture, Food Science and Technology, Agricultural Engineering, Biotechnology, B.Tech., or an equivalent qualification recognized under the recruitment rules.
  • Lower Division Clerk (LDC): Candidates should hold a graduate degree from a recognized university. In addition, they must meet the prescribed typing and computer knowledge or skill requirements.

Salary Details

The selected candidates will receive salary according to the pay scale prescribed for their respective posts. The post-wise salary structure is given below:

  • Assistant Manager: ₹9,300–34,800 + Grade Pay ₹4,600 (Level-7)
  • Assistant Accounts Officer: ₹9,300–34,800 + Grade Pay ₹4,600 (Level-7)
  • Accountant: PB-1 + Grade Pay ₹2,400 (Level-4)
  • Quality Controller: PB-1 + Grade Pay ₹2,400 (Level-4)
  • Lower Division Clerk (LDC): PB-1 + Grade Pay ₹1,900 (Level-2)

Therefore, candidates selected for higher-level positions such as Assistant Manager and Assistant Accounts Officer will receive the Level-7 pay structure, while the remaining posts will carry the applicable Level-4 or Level-2 pay structure.

Age limit

The age limit will be calculated as on 01 January 2026.

  • Minimum Age: 21 years
  • UR Male: Maximum 37 years
  • UR Female: Maximum 40 years
  • BC/EBC Male & Female: Maximum 40 years
  • SC/ST Male & Female: Maximum 42 years
  • PwD Candidates: Additional 10 years of age relaxation as applicable under the rules.

Application Fee

Candidates need to pay the prescribed examination/counselling fee according to their category. The fee details are as follows:

  • General / EWS / BC / EBC: ₹1,200
  • SC / ST: ₹600
  • PwD Candidates: ₹600
