Graduate Apprentice
- Accounts Executive: B.Com, BBA, or Graduation with Economics. Candidates must also have basic knowledge of English and computer operations.
- Secretarial Assistant: Any Graduate with basic English and computer knowledge.
- Recruitment Executive (HR): Any Graduate with basic English and computer knowledge.
Technician Apprentice
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering
- Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Diploma in Computer Engineering
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Trade Apprentice
- Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant): B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, where Chemistry is the major subject.
- Instrument Mechanic (Chemical Plant): B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, where Physics is the major subject.
- Laboratory Assistant (Chemical Plant): B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, where Chemistry is the major subject.
- Boiler Attendant: 12th Pass with Science.
- Electrician: 12th Pass with Science or equivalent qualification.
- Horticulture Assistant: 12th Pass.
- Medical Laboratory Technician (Pathology): 12th Pass with Science.
Salary Details
Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend based on their respective apprenticeship category and trade. The stipend details are as follows:
- Graduate Apprentice (Accounts Executive): ₹17,300 per month
- Graduate Apprentice (Secretarial Assistant): ₹17,300 per month
- Graduate Apprentice (Recruitment Executive – HR): ₹17,300 per month
- Technician Apprentice (Chemical Engineering): ₹15,900 per month
- Technician Apprentice (Civil Engineering): ₹15,900 per month
- Technician Apprentice (Computer Engineering): ₹15,900 per month
- Technician Apprentice (Electrical Engineering): ₹15,900 per month
- Technician Apprentice (Instrumentation Engineering): ₹15,900 per month
- Technician Apprentice (Mechanical Engineering): ₹15,900 per month
- Trade Apprentice (Attendant Operator – Chemical Plant): ₹17,300 per month
- Trade Apprentice (Instrument Mechanic – Chemical Plant): ₹17,300 per month
- Trade Apprentice (Laboratory Assistant – Chemical Plant): ₹17,300 per month
- Trade Apprentice (Boiler Attendant): ₹14,600 per month

Age limit
The age limit will be calculated as on 1 September 2026.
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 25 Years
- SC/ST Candidates: 5 Years age relaxation
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Candidates: 3 Years age relaxation
- PwBD Candidates: 10 Years age relaxation
- Children/Family Members of 1984 Riot Victims: 5 Years age relaxation
Application Fee
RCFL has not prescribed any application fee for this Apprentice Recruitment. Eligible candidates can apply online free of cost.

Selection Process
RCFL will select eligible candidates on the basis of merit, followed by document verification and contract approval.
- Merit List: RCFL will prepare the merit list based on the percentage of marks obtained in the prescribed qualifying examination.
- Document Verification: Candidates shortlisted through the merit list will be called for document verification. They must produce their original educational and other required documents.
- Apprenticeship Contract Approval: After successful document verification, RCFL will process the apprenticeship contract through the respective NATS/NAPS portal.
- Final Selection & Joining: Candidates whose documents and apprenticeship contracts receive approval will be selected as Apprentice Trainees and must report for joining within the specified time.

Eligible candidates can complete the RCFL Apprentice application online by following these simple steps.
- Visit the official website of Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCFL) and open the Recruitment section.
- Find and select the “Engagement of Apprentices – 2026-27” recruitment notification and carefully read all the instructions before starting the application.
- Click on “I Accept” and then select the Apply Online option to access the application form.
- Choose your preferred posting location, either Trombay or Thal, from the available options. Candidates should select this option carefully because they cannot change it later.
- Enter your personal, educational, and other required details correctly in the application form.
- Upload the required passport-size photograph and signature in the prescribed format and file size.
- Review all the information carefully and click on Save/Submit to complete the application.
- After successful submission, download and print the generated application form. Candidates must produce this form during document verification; however, they do not need to send a hard copy to RCFL.
