Eligibility Details
- Lower Division Clerk (LDC): Candidates must pass 12th class from a recognized board. Additionally, they must possess a typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi.
- Civilian Motor Driver (Ordinary Grade): Candidates should pass 10th class and hold a valid driving license for both light and heavy vehicles. Furthermore, they must have at least 2 years of driving experience.
- Multi Tasking Staff (Office & Training): Candidates must pass Matriculation (10th) or an equivalent examination from a recognized board.
- Stenographer Grade II: Candidates should pass 12th class from a recognized board. In addition, they must have shorthand speed of 80 w.p.m. and typing speed of 40 w.p.m.
- Supervisor (Networking): Candidates must possess B.E./B.Tech in the relevant field or Diploma/ITI with relevant work experience.
- Network Administrator: Candidates should have B.E./B.Tech in the relevant discipline or Diploma/ITI along with experience in networking-related work.
- Hardware Administrator: Candidates must hold B.E./B.Tech in the relevant field or Diploma/ITI with relevant technical experience.
- Lineman: Candidates should possess an ITI certificate in the relevant trade from a recognized institute.
- Boat Builder: Candidates must have an ITI certificate in Boat Building, Carpentry, or an equivalent trade.
- Technical Attendant (Printing Machine Operator): Candidates should pass 10th class and also possess an ITI certificate in Printing Machine Operation.

The age limit and educational qualification will be calculated as on the last date of receipt of the application form, which is 21 days from the publication date of the official notification in Employment News.

Selection Process
- Written Examination: First, candidates will have to appear for a written test. This exam will generally assess basic knowledge related to reasoning, general awareness, numerical ability, and job-specific subjects depending on the post. Only those who clear this stage will move forward in the selection process.
- Skill Test / Trade Test: After the written exam, candidates applying for technical and skilled posts may be called for a skill or trade test. In this stage, practical knowledge and hands-on ability in the relevant trade or work field will be evaluated.
- Typing Test / Stenography Test: For posts like LDC and Stenographer, candidates will have to undergo typing or shorthand tests. This stage checks typing speed, accuracy, and transcription skills as per the required standards of the post.
- Document Verification: Candidates who qualify the above stages will be called for document verification. At this stage, all original certificates such as educational qualification, age proof, caste certificate, and other required documents will be checked for authenticity.
- Medical Examination: Finally, selected candidates may need to undergo a medical test to ensure they are physically fit for the duties associated with the respective posts.
