Eligibility Details

Candidates must meet the educational requirements for the post they wish to apply for.

1. Chauffeur (Driver)

  • Must have passed Class 10th (HSLC) from a recognized board.
  • Must possess a valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) Driving Licence issued by the competent authority.

2. Multi Tasking Staff (MTS)

  • Must have passed Class 8th from a recognized institution.
  • Candidates who have passed 12th (HSSLC) or any higher qualification are not eligible for this post.
  • Candidates with relevant practical or special skills may receive preference, depending on the job requirements.

Salary Details

Selected candidates will receive salary according to the pay scale prescribed by the Gauhati High Court along with admissible allowances under the applicable rules.

  • OBC/MOBC: Maximum 43 years
  • SC/ST: Maximum 45 years
  • PwBD: Maximum 50 years

Note: Eligible candidates belonging to the PwBD category can avail the prescribed age relaxation as mentioned in the official notification.

    • General Mathematics (Class VIII Standard)
