Eligibility Details

  • Diploma holders must possess a 3-year Diploma in the relevant engineering discipline from a recognized institution.
  • Engineering candidates must hold a BE/B.Tech degree in the relevant branch from a recognized university.
  • Non-engineering graduates must possess a BA, B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, or BCA degree in the relevant subject.
  • Applicants must have obtained their qualifying Diploma or Degree on or after 01 August 2021.
  • Candidates who have already completed apprenticeship training under NATS, are currently undergoing apprenticeship training, or have one year or more of work experience are not eligible to apply.

Salary Details

Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend during the one-year apprenticeship training period as per HAL and NATS guidelines.

  • Diploma Apprentices: ₹10,900 per month
  • Engineering Graduate Apprentices (BE/B.Tech): ₹12,300 per month
  • Non-Engineering Graduate Apprentices: ₹12,300 per month
  • HAL may also provide subsidized canteen facilities to apprentices during the training period.
  • The apprenticeship is purely a training program and does not guarantee permanent employment after completion.
