Selection Process

Stage 1: Preliminary Examination

Stage 2: Main Examination

Stage 3: Personality Test

Candidates who clear the Main Examination must attend the Personality Test. Although this stage is qualifying in nature and does not contribute to the final merit, candidates must complete it successfully to become eligible for the Interview.

Stage 4: Interview

Finally, shortlisted candidates appear for the Interview, which carries 100 marks. During this stage, the interview panel evaluates the candidate’s communication skills, confidence, personality, banking awareness, and overall suitability for the role.

Final Merit List
