Office Assistant (Multipurpose)
- Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university or an equivalent qualification.
- Candidates must have proficiency in the local language prescribed by the participating Regional Rural Bank (RRB).
Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager)
- Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university or an equivalent qualification.
- Candidates with degrees in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics, or Accountancy may receive preference.
- Candidates must have proficiency in the local language prescribed by the participating RRB.
Officer Scale-II General Banking Officer (Manager)
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
- Candidates must have at least two years of experience as an officer in a bank or financial institution.
- The organization may give preference to candidates with qualifications in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, IT, Management, Law, Economics, or Accountancy.
Officer Scale-II IT Officer
- Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Communication, Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent discipline.
- Candidates must secure at least 50% marks in aggregate.
- Candidates must have one year of relevant work experience.
Officer Scale-II Chartered Accountant
- Candidates must hold the Chartered Accountant qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
- Candidates must also satisfy the applicable experience requirement for the post.
Officer Scale-II Law Officer
- Candidates must possess a Law degree from a recognized university or an equivalent qualification.
- Candidates must secure at least 50% marks in aggregate.
- Candidates must have one year of relevant experience.
Officer Scale-II Treasury Manager
- Candidates must be a Chartered Accountant or hold an MBA in Finance from a recognized university or institution.

Salary Details
IBPS RRB offers attractive pay packages along with allowances and other benefits. Moreover, the salary increases with the level of responsibility and experience. The exact in-hand salary can vary based on the posting location, applicable allowances, and deductions.
- Office Assistant (Multipurpose): The Office Assistant receives a basic pay along with applicable allowances such as Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and other benefits. Consequently, the monthly in-hand salary generally falls in the ₹30,000–₹35,000 range, depending on the posting and deductions.
- Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): An Officer Scale-I receives a higher salary than an Office Assistant. In addition to basic pay, the bank provides applicable allowances and benefits. The monthly in-hand salary is generally around ₹45,000–₹50,000, depending on the location and deductions.
- Officer Scale-II (Manager): Scale-II officers receive a managerial pay package along with various allowances and benefits. Therefore, their monthly in-hand salary can generally be around ₹55,000–₹65,000, depending on the applicable pay structure and posting.
- Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): Officer Scale-III carries a higher pay level because of the senior managerial responsibilities. Accordingly, the monthly in-hand salary can generally be around ₹70,000 or more, depending on allowances, posting location, and deductions.

Age limit
For IBPS RRB Recruitment 2026, the age of candidates will be calculated as on September 1, 2026. The post-wise age limit is given below:
- Office Assistant (Multipurpose): 18 to 28 years
- Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): 18 to 30 years
- Officer Scale-II (Manager): 21 to 32 years
- Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): 21 to 40 years
Candidates belonging to reserved categories can claim age relaxation as per the applicable government rules.
Age Relaxation
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): 10 years
- Ex-Servicemen: Age relaxation as per the applicable rules.
- Widows, divorced women, and women legally separated from their husbands: Applicable relaxation as per the prescribed rules for eligible posts.

Application Fee
