JK Bank Recruitment Eligibility Details
- Candidates must hold a graduation degree from a recognized university or institute.
- Moreover, only those graduates qualify who completed their degree on or after 1 January 2022.
- Additionally, candidates must have studied the local or official language of the respective region in 10th or 12th standard.
- Therefore, applicants should also demonstrate basic proficiency in that local language.
Salary Details
- Apprentices will receive a monthly stipend of ₹13,500.
- Moreover, the bank will provide ₹9,000 as its share.
- Additionally, the Government will contribute ₹4,500 through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
- Therefore, candidates will get the combined amount every month during training.
- Apart from this, apprentices can also claim conveyance allowance up to ₹1,250 per month.

Selection Process
- The selection process includes an online written examination.
- Moreover, the exam will be objective in nature and conducted in English language only.
- Additionally, the paper will have two sections:
- General Awareness & English Comprehension – 50 questions, 50 marks, 30 minutes
- Quantitative Aptitude & Reasoning Ability – 50 questions, 50 marks, 30 minutes
- Therefore, the total exam will consist of 100 questions for 100 marks with a duration of 60 minutes.
- However, negative marking will apply, as 1/4th marks will be deducted for each wrong answer, while no penalty will be given for unanswered questions.
- Furthermore, the final selection will depend on the merit list prepared based on marks scored in the exam.
