This program offers one-year training across multiple technical, diploma, and graduate-level trades at various project locations across India, aiming to provide hands-on industry experience and skill development. Graduate Apprentice Posts

• Civil / Electrical / Mechanical / E&C / Computer Science:
  B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) in the relevant branch
• HR Executive:
  MBA / PGDM (HR / PM&IR / HRM / MSW)
• Finance Executive:
  B.Com
• PR Executive:
  Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication / Journalism
• Rajbhasha Assistant:
  M.A. in Hindi or English with proficiency in the other language
• Nursing Assistant:
  B.Sc Nursing
• Physiotherapy Assistant:
  Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT)
• Supervisor (HR):
  BBA

Diploma Apprentice Posts

• Civil / Electrical / Mechanical / E&C:
  Diploma in respective engineering field
• Nursing (GNM):
  Diploma in Nursing / GNM
• Pharmacy:
  Diploma in Pharmacy
• X-Ray Technician:
  Diploma in X-Ray Technology

ITI Apprentice Posts

• Electrician: ITI in Electrician Trade
• Plumber: ITI in Plumber Trade
• Fitter: ITI in Fitter Trade
• Machinist: ITI in Machinist Trade
• Welder: ITI in Welder Trade
• Carpenter: ITI in Carpenter Trade
• Computer Operator (COPA): ITI in Computer Operator & Programming Assistant

Salary Details

• Graduate Apprentice: ₹15,000 per month
• Diploma Apprentice: ₹13,500 per month
• ITI Apprentice: ₹12,000 per month

Additional Benefits

• ₹4,500 (Graduate) and ₹4,000 (Diploma) DBT included in stipend
• Possible ₹2,500 extra if accommodation is not provided
• Paid only during the 1-year training period

Age limit as on 06.05.2026

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 30 years
• Age Relaxation: Reserved category candidates (SC/ST/OBC/PwBD) will get relaxation as per Government of India rules.

Selection Process

• No Interview will be conducted
• Selection will be done purely on Merit Basis

• Graduate Apprentices:
  • 20% marks of 10th class
  • 20% marks of 12th/Diploma (whichever is higher)
  • 60% marks of Graduation / Engineering / PG
• Diploma Apprentices:
  • 30% marks of 10th class
  • 70% marks of Diploma
• ITI Apprentices:
  • 30% marks of 10th class
  • 70% marks of ITI trade

How to Apply

Step 1: Registration on Portal
Candidates must first register on the government apprenticeship portals:

• ITI candidates on NAPS portal: https://apprenticeshipindia.gov.in
• Graduate and Diploma candidates on NATS portal: https://nats.education.gov.in

Complete the profile and upload all required details carefully.

Step 2: Get Enrolment Number
After registration, candidates will receive a NAPS/NATS enrolment number. This is mandatory for the application process.

Step 3: Apply on NHPC Website
Visit the official website www.nhpcindia.com and go to the Career Section. Select “Engagement of Apprentice” and click on Apply Now. Fill out the online application form with correct personal and educational details.

Step 4: Upload Documents
Upload scanned copies of required documents including registration form, educational certificates, 10th certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), photograph, and signature.

Step 5: Submit Application
Verify all details before final submission. Submit the form before 06 May 2026 (5:00 PM). Keep a copy of the application for future reference.
